Open tube Garvey -Kay in psp, minimize

open mask in psp, minimize.

Open branch c-p it under the black circles layer
open Champagne bucket resize 59% c-p to tag

Open glitterball resize 59% c-p to tag move the layer
inbetween layer 8 and 9

Open Stars resize 88% c-p to tag

Open swirl resize 88% c-p to tag duplicate it
and free rotate 90 degrees to left then move it
under all layers to right.

Open hat resize 60% c-p to tag

Open Shoe resize % c-p to tag

Open City scape rezize 80% c-p to tag
duplicate it and move one above the other.
On templet layer 8,6 add noise at 100% at
random, and momochrome checked.
go to templet layer 11, 12
add noise at 100% at
random, and momochrome checked.

Then I used Plug in Eyecandy 4,000
Gradient Glow
 I added a gradient glow on layers 7-8-11-12
pic will show settings and colors. 

Copy and paste paper #6
go to layers, new mask layer from image then in drop
down menu select your mask WSL-383 then on ok

Then open your tube c-p to tag and move under elements,
I used my eraser to crop it so it looks like its coming
out of the city.

Make copywrite and your name Font I used was PlainScriptC 72 pixles
and I added the same grandient glow to my name.
