Open a 600-600 new image

Open Element frame1  resize 61% c-p to tag

Open Element Scatter2 resize 88% c-p to tag
and move it below frame layer.

Open Element potogold2 resize 44% c-p to tag

Open Element swirl4 resize 63% c-p to tag

Open Element scatter3 resize 73% c-p to tag
move it below the frame layer.

Open Element scatter1 c-p to tag move
it on top of the frame layer.

Open Element shamrock swirl1 resize 86% c-p to tag

Open paper4  c-p to tag duplicate it and then drag
 both under your frame.

Then select your frame layer then go to magic wand,
and click inside your frame then modify Expand by
6 then click invert, and on key board click delete

Open Element barrel1 resize 35% c-p to tag

Open Element coins1 resize 35% c-p to tag

Open Element horn resize 35% mirror c-p to tag

Open Element greenbeer1 resize 35% c-p to tag

Open Element hatdeco1 resize 46% c-p to tag

Open Element goodie tin resize 46% c-p to tag

Now click on paper 4 go to New Mask layer, from image
then on popup there will be a pull down tab
look for WSL_mask84 choose it, and then on ok.

Now add a drop shadow to all elements and

Add your tube under the elements and
use your eraser on parts that stick out
at the bottom.

Now add your name and copywrite and your
done.

Lets start

Open your tube and mask in psp and then minimize.

Open 600-600 new image

Open Element08 Resize 71% C-P to Tag

Open Element32 Resize 44% C-P to Tag

Open Element27 Resize 50% C-P to Tag

Open Element17 Resize 50% C-P to Tag

duplicate, then flip.

Open Element 36 Resize 47% C-P to Tag

Open Paper 1 and copy and paste it to tag

Duplicate it, then move it above layer 8,

then move other one above layer 5.

Click on layer 5 and then select all,float,defloat

invert then hit delete on your key board

do the same with layer 8.

Open paper 06 c-p to tag then move

it above layer 4.

Click on layer 4 and then select

all,float,defloat,invert then

hit delete on your key board

Make a gradient with #16b900 and white

see details below

Flood fill layer 6, and 10 with this gradient.

Change color to #186b0b and flood fill

layer 2, and 9

Close off X layer 3.

Then select all then on image crop to selection.

Click on layer 2 select all, float,defloat

modify by 4, make a new raster move it below

the layer 4 then flood fill with white, then

add noise of 100% to white layer then select none.

Do the same with layer 9 and with layer 7 except

with this layer I flood filled it with this color

#186b0b. I did layer 8 too but used this color

#88f775.

Ok Click on layer 11 I added noise to it of 45%.

Then I copied and pasted the close up tube below

the frame, then I clicked inside of the frame with

my magic wand and then clicked invert then clicked

on the close up layer and click on delete on my key

board I then turned opacity to hardlight.

Now we will add our full tube position her and then

Add a drop shadow to all elements and layers

see below at settings.

Now c-p paper 9 move it to bottom layer then

click on Layers, New Mask layer, from image

then on popup there will be a pull down tab

look for WSL_302 choose it, and then on ok.

Now add your copywrite and license, and your

name and your done :) Save your tag

Now to make the set I just moved elements and tube to middle and

resized them to fit and croped it to 600-250

Same with the AVI croped tube to 150-150

I added a frame to both with plugin AAA Frames-photo frame

Open Element 34 c-p resize 57% to tag move it
below your frame then duplicate and then flip
 

Open Element 37 Resize 71% c-p to tag then
adjust -hue and saturation-color settings
below

 

Open Element 31 Resize 71% c-p to tag

Open Element 45 Resize 43% c-p to tag
free rotate left

Open Element 44 Resize 43% c-p to tag

then move it under your frame

Open Element 10 Resize 70% c-p to tag

I free rotated slightly to the left.

Open Element 57 Resize 60% c-p to tag

Make a gradient with these 2 colors
#831416 and #000000 settings below

 

Make a new raster and flood fill then
duplicate. Move one to the bottom layer
of your tag and move one below your frame
now go to your frame layer select it then
with your magic wand click in the center of
your frame then go to selections-modify-expand
by 4 then invert then hit delete on your
key board.

 

Now go to your other gradient layer and go
to layers -new mask layer-then from Image-
then in pull down tab select WSL_302 and ok

 

Ok now open your tube and c-p close up
and post under your frame and then take
erraser and erase all that sticks out,
then I turn the opacity to luminance legacy.

Then with my full size tube I duplicated it and on top
duplicate I did adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur, 3.0 and then turned opacity to hard light then slider to 73%.

 

Then add your copywrite and Name and your done.

Plug in- Photo-effects scanlines, 

 

Lets start ....

Open your mask, and Tube and minimize both.

 

Open 600-600 new image

 

Open Cluster Frame Element resize 75% C-p to new

image

 

Open element ivy resize 69% and c-p to tag left side, then

duplicate and mirror so you now have them on other

site also.

 

Open Element Doodle c-p to your tag move it under

your frame right side.

 

Open ribbonbow2 element resize 75% and C-P to tag

open flower2 resize 67% and c-p to tag

 

Open butterfly resize 37% c-p to tag and the duplicate

it and rotate it the other direction and resized it 90%

 

Open your tube closeup and move it under the frame

and then duplicate it so you have 4 and position

each one in a frame then click on your frame layer

and then on your magic wand to select each area then

on invert then delete on your keyboard.

 

Now open full size tube and position it in the

middle on top layer.

Ok now we are going to make a gradient for the bg

and mask so use these 2 colors #a36878,#a7ae74

then make a new raster, then make another new raster

so you have 2 flood fill both of these with this

gradient settings are below.

 

 

Ok now click on your frame layer then click on your

magic wand and click in each one of the 4 inside boxes

then on selections, and modify by 4 then click invert

then hit delete on your keyboard.

 

Now on each one of the Closeup tubes change the opacity to

luminence legacy or screen play around and find what

looks good to you and then I turned the opacity down to

48 on each one.

 

Ok I added a plug in to the bg of the tubes of Photo-effects

scanlines.

 

Ok now on the other gradient layer go to Layers, New Mask

layer, From Image and in the drop down box Choose WSL_302 then on ok.

 

I added drop shadow to the full size tube and elements and

then added my name and copywrite and your done :)

Ok lets start

Open tube, templet, and mask minimize mask
and tube.

 

Duplicate the templet and close original.

 

Close off the SIS layer.

Ok now on your templet go to layer 10 and use your
Glass plugin with the settings below

 

 

Ok go to layer 5 and flood fill with #ad070a do
the same with layer 4 then add glass layer to both same

settings as above.  

 

Click on layer 7 and flood fill with the same color.

 

 Click on layer 3 then on Magic wand tool then click on
the front of the stage layer to select it,  then go to Filters
Unlimited-Paper Textures-Stripedpaper-coarse and use
default settings then select none.

 

Now staying on layer 3 use your magic wand tool and click
the floor part of stage and use Plugin Penta -Jeans on default
setting then select none.

 

Click on layer 2 and select then select all ,Float, then defloat
then on modify and expand by 2 then add a new raster layer and
flood fill this layer with white then move it below the layer 2
and add 100% noise to this and then Select none.
Now duplicate and mirror so you have both 1,
and layer 2 with a white backing.

 

Click on layer 10 and select, then select all,Float,then defloat
then on modify and expand by 3 then add a new raster layer and
flood fill this layer with this color #ad070a then move it below the
layer 10 and add 100% noise to this then Select none, then take your eraser tool
and erase the red layer thats showing in the circles.

 

Ok now open your scrap kit and open all the word art 16, 17, and 18
copy and paste them to the templet see my tag for placement. After
you get them placed add glass plugin to each one default settings.

 

Open Element 15 resize 90% copy and paste to tag, duplicate and mirror
the element.

 

Open Element 5 copy and paste to tag free rotate Right 15 %

 

Open element 3 resize 70% copy and paste it to tag then duplicate
it and mirror element.

 

Open element 23 resize 50% and copy and paste to tag and mirror
it.

 

Open element 31 now if your going to use your tag on a black
background like I am then change the color of the love word art
to white or gray go to adjust Brightness and contrast-Brightness
and contrast with settings below if your going to use the tag on
a white back ground leave element black then copy and paste to tag.

 

Now make a new Raster layer and make a gradient with these 2 colors
#000000, #ad070a see sample below for settings

and flood fill the new raster layer and then click on
Layers and New Mask layer, From Image then in pull down menu and
choose WSL_302

 

Ok now I resized my whole templet 92% and

then opened my tube and copy and paste full length to tag.

 

Then copy and paste the middle tube
and place it under layer 10 where the face is centered
into the first circle, and then select
layer 10 use your magic wand and click in the 1st circle,
then modify, expand by 12, then click invert then delete on
your keyboard then select none and on tube area I turned it to
Luminance Legacy.

 

Then I clicked on the full length tube layer, and clicked select all
then under Image click crop to selection.

 

Then I duplicated the tube in the circle and move it to the bottom
hole then I duplicated and hit mirror and move it to the middle hole.

 

Ok now Duplicate your full length tube and move copy below layer 8,
then click on layer 7 and with your magic wand click it to select it
and then on invert and then select the tube you placed and hit delete
on your keyboard then select none then duplicate and mirror tube turn the opacity to screen.

 

Then with my full size tube I duplicated it and on top duplicate I did adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur, 3.0 and then turned opacity to hard
light then slider to 73%.

 

I added a drop shadow to all my elements and layers
Add your name and copywrite and your done :)

Make a new image 600-600

 

Open Element BOL30 Resize 53% C-P to tag

 

Open Element BOL12 Resize 53% C-P to tag

 

Open Element Bol32 Resize 74% C-P to tag

Open Element BOL67 Resize 80% C-P to tag

Duplicate and see tag of where to place it.

 

Open Element BOL13 Resize 48% C-P to tag

 

Click on layer 9 make a gradient with 2

colors of your tube and elements, and flood

fill it do the same with layer 8 and 1

 

Then I picked a light color to flood fill layers

3, 6,7

 

Click layer 5 then add texture blinds see below at

the settings.

 

I added a gradient glow with Eye Candy

with the settings below to each templet

layers.

 

Choose your close up tube and c-p to

your tag and position 1 on top of layer 9

and then select that layer then select all

float, defloat, then on invert then on your

keyboard hit delete.

Do the same thing with

your close up tube on the layer 8 I mirrored

this one so they were opposite.

 

 I turned the

opacity to Screen for both tubes.

 

Now add your full length tube and move it under

the word art.

Then move your word art where you want it then

so to Select all, float, defloat, modify by 2,

then make a new layer and flood fill it with white

into the selection then select none then move this

layer under the original so it looks like it has

a white boarder.

 

Now I added drop shadow to all elements with these

settings below. I also added drop shadow to the white

word art layer.

Ok now open paper BOLPaper4 resize it 75% then copy

and paste it to tag move it to the back then go to

layers new mask later, from Image and in the pull

down menu choose WSL_363 then on ok.

 

Now time to add your name and copywrite and

your done :)

use eraser brush to erase what is stickin out

defloat,modify by 4, then hit invert
then go back to the tube close up layter
and hit delete on your computer
keyboard.

move it under the yellow circle

 

Open Element birdhouse2 Resize 43% C-P to tag

 

Click on the Shades layer then select all
float, defloat, Modify, expand by 2, make a new
layer and flood fill selections letters with white
then move layer below the shades layer to make it
have a white edge.

 

Open Element fog1 Resize 41% C-P to tag

Open Element leafspray5 Resize 87% C-P to tag duplicate
put one top one bottom.

 

I added a Gradient glow to all of the templet pieces
this is the settings below.

 

Then I added a drop shadow to all elements see below
of settings.

 

Then I made a gradient with 2 colors of my tag see

below.

 

 

Make a new layer and flood filled it then I went to layers
new mask layer, from image then in pull down area choose
mask then hit ok.

now you need to add your name and copywrite and your done.
