move it to the bottom layer then
click on the frame layer
and select with your magic wand the inside of
frame then go to selections,the defloat then
invert and then click delete on your keyboard.

 

Make a gradient with this color #0f84b2 and white
with these settings below

Make a new layer
Then flood fill with the gradient then with this
layer selected click new mask layer, from image,
then in pulldown tab select wsl-363 mask then on
ok.

 

 Ok put a copywrite for your tube and your name and
your done.

Open Tube and Mask minimize both

 

OPen 600x600 new image

 

Open Element frame3 Resize 69% C-P to tag

 

Open Element9 resize 62% C-P to tag

 

Open Element18 resize 93% C-P to tag

 

Open Element22 Resize 30% C-P to tag

 

Open Element4 Resize 32% C-P to tag

 

Open Element25 C-P to tag

 

Open Element Resize % C-P to tag

 

Open paper 1 resize 75% c-p to tag move it to
the bottom layer , then click layer new mask
later then on from Image then choose SIS19 mask
in the pull down menu then on ok.

Open Tube and place close up in frame and erase all
that sticks out.

 

 Open your standing tube place it on tag.

 

Click on Ellipse tool and draw out a circle and place behind
your close up tube, make it a raster then
 Use your plugin penta Color dot on it with settings below.

 

 

 

Now on your Tube close up use Xero -Porcelain plugin with settings
below.

 

 

 

Now add your name and Copywrite and your done.

Ok Lets start
Open Mask and Tube Minimize

Open Templet and duplicate close original

Close off credit, Word Art, And Word art BG, Ltop Star,

R bottom star,
Circle Ring, Circle ring outline. and half circle

Resize Templet to 77%

Click Image then do Canvas size 600x600

 

Open Splatter1 Resize 45% paste to tag

 

Open Frame2 Resize 50%  paste to tag

 

Open Eggs and Tulips1 Resize 50%  paste to tag

 

Open  Easter Sign Resize 80%  paste to tag

 

Open Bow 4 Resize 40%  paste to tag

 

Open swirls1 Resize 77%  paste to tag

 

Open psper 6 Resize 55%  paste to tag

Click on Smaller Center Circle then on your materials
flood fill with this color #c9fcc7

 

Click on center strip flood fill with this color #4df7fd

 

Click on center rectangle flood fill with this color #ff80bd

 

Click on lg Center Circle then go to Material then on forground
and choose Pattern for paper 6 and flood fill with it.

Do the same for bottom R Square, top L square, Top R Rec,
and Bottom L Rec.

 

Click top circle and Bottom Circle flood will with #f5fead color. Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave with

settings below.

 

Open easter egg 1 Resize both 30%  paste to tag

Open easter egg 2 Resize 35%  paste to tag

 

Open Sparkles3 paste to tag

 

Open Flower Chain2 Resize 66%  paste to tag then place on easter sign and
use your erraser tool to make it look like its hanging there.

Add a gradient glow of below to Top and Bottom circle.
Add same gradient glow to center stripe

 

 

 

 

Add a gradient glow by changing end color to pink
to below to large center circle outline.
Add same gradient glow to center Rectangle
Add same gradient glow to bottom R Square,and top L Square,
Top R Rec, and bottom L rec.

 

 

Open tube and I used her full size image C-P on top of small center
circle, then Click on smaller center circle select all, float,
defloat then on invert then choose your tube layer and hit delete.
Then select none.

Then I resize my tube to fit my tag place her and add my copywrite
and then my name.
 I used paper 6 for my name and font Transistor 2.15

C-P paper 6 and move to bottom layer then choose layers then on new mask layer
then from image then box will pop up choose the SIS mask

And your done

open Tube and Mask minimize

 

Open Frame 8 resize 68% copy paste to tag

Adjust, Hue-saturation, Colorize 109,194 see image below

 

Adjust, Brightness/contrast -71, -32 see image below

 

 

Open Glitter resize 40% duplicate 3x and place see tag

Open grass resize 79% place it under frame

Open frame 5 resize 79% place under the 3 glitter elements

on top of the other frame.

Open rs-rainbow resize 54% place under glitter elements.

Open hat resize 90% c-p to tag

Open Glass resize 90% c-p to tag

Open lucky pot resize 70% c-p to tag

Open stardust c-p tag

Open horseshoe charm mirror resize 70%

 

I merged all elements and frames then added my tube

under frame and turn down opacity of merged stuff and

errase it so the tube comes thru the top then turn it

back to 100% when done.

 

Open  paper2 C-P to new tag

on this layer go to layers, new mask layer

from image in pull down area choose wsl_mask230

source luminance checked, and invert mask data

checked then hit ok.

Now add your name and copywrite and your done!

source luminance checked, and invert mask data

checked then hit ok.
